Shipping to Canada
A flat $25 shipping charge is applied to all Canadian orders under $500. Estimated shipping times can vary when crossing international borders. Any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your product(s) is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your product is out of stock, on backorder or otherwise unavailable, we will reach out to you and offer a full refund. If your product is available to ship, we will submit the order for shipment.
If your product is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship out using the shipping method you selected during the purchase process. We will send you tracking information to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact email@example.com.
Damages During Shipping
Please inspect the packaging of your product(s) when it arrives. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your product does arrive damaged, send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work closely with our suppliers to ensure your warranty needs are met.
