Shipping and Returns on Check-Line Items

All Check-Line items ship via UPS from Cedarhurst, New York.

NDT Tool HQ accepts returns of Check-Line items within 30 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee but customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping except where covered by warranty.

General Shipping Information

All shipping options and costs are clearly indicated once you select "Continue" after entering your shipping address during the purchase process.

Free Shipping

All orders automatically qualify for FREE UPS Standard Ground shipping within the continental USA. Estimated time of delivery is 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Need it fast? Please call 1-855-808-9666 to request expedited shipping arrangements.

Shipping to Canada

flat $25 shipping charge is applied to all Canadian orders under $500. Estimated shipping times can vary when crossing international borders. Any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system.  As soon as we receive your order we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your product(s) is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your product is out of stock, on backorder or otherwise unavailable, we will reach out to you and offer a full refund.  If your product is available to ship, we will submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your product is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship out using the shipping method you selected during the purchase process. We will send you tracking information to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact sales@ndttoolhq.com.

Damages During Shipping

Please inspect the packaging of your product(s) when it arrives. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your product does arrive damaged, send photos to sales@ndttoolhq.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work closely with our suppliers to ensure your warranty needs are met.
